The Constitution of the Republic of Limbolia.

Article I: Fundamental Principles

The Republic of Limbolia shall be founded upon the principles of compassion, equality, non-violence, and the pursuit of collective welfare.

The people of Limbolia shall have the right to self-determination, sovereignty, and participation in decision-making processes affecting their lives and communities.

The Republic of Limbolia shall strive for the elimination of all forms of discrimination, oppression, and exploitation, and shall promote the dignity and equality of all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or social status.

Article II: Rights and Freedoms

All citizens of Limbolia shall enjoy the rights and freedoms enshrined in this Constitution, including but not limited to:
a. The right to life, liberty, and security of person.
b. The right to freedom of expression, association, and peaceful assembly.
c. The right to education, healthcare, housing, and a standard of living adequate for the well-being of oneself and one's family.
d. The right to work, fair wages, and safe working conditions.
e. The right to a healthy environment and sustainable development.
f. The right to cultural, religious, and linguistic diversity.
g. The right to participate in the democratic process and hold public office.

The exercise of rights and freedoms shall be subject only to such limitations as are necessary for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others and the general welfare of society.

Article III: Economic System

The economy of Limbolia shall be based on the principles of socialism, including public ownership of key industries and natural resources, equitable distribution of wealth and resources, and democratic control of economic decision-making.

The Republic of Limbolia shall prioritize the well-being of its citizens over the pursuit of profit, and shall ensure that the benefits of economic development are shared equitably among all members of society.

The government of Limbolia shall undertake measures to eradicate poverty, unemployment, and economic inequality, and shall promote sustainable development and environmental stewardship.

Article IV: Governance

The Republic of Limbolia shall be governed as a democratic republic, with power vested in the people and exercised through elected representatives and democratic institutions.

The government of Limbolia shall be accountable to the people, transparent in its actions, and responsive to the needs and aspirations of the citizenry.

The President of Limbolia will always remain President until they die, find a successor, or resigns. If the President either dies or resigns, the Citizens shall democratically elect a new President. If the President finds a successor, that successor will become President once the President resigns

Article V: Judiciary

The judiciary of Limbolia shall be independent, impartial, and committed to upholding the rule of law, justice, and human rights.

The judiciary shall have the authority to adjudicate disputes, interpret laws, and safeguard the constitutional rights and freedoms of all citizens.

The Republic of Limbolia shall guarantee access to justice for all individuals, regardless of their economic or social status.

Article VI: Amendment and Revision

This Constitution may be amended or revised by a two-thirds majority vote of the elected representatives of the people, provided that such amendments or revisions are consistent with the principles and values of Buddhism and socialism, and do not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed herein.

Any proposed amendments or revisions to this Constitution shall be subject to public consultation and debate, and shall require the consent of the people through a referendum.

Conclusion:

This Constitution of the Republic of Limbolia is hereby adopted and established as the supreme law of the land, binding upon all citizens, government officials, and institutions. May it serve as a beacon of hope, justice, and solidarity for generations to come.
